How does Scots NLP work?
- Tokenization. Tokenization is the process of breaking text into smaller pieces, or tokens, which can be individual words, phrases, or symbols, allowing for easier analysis.
- Part-of-Speech Tagging. Part-of-Speech Tagging involves labeling words in a sentence with their corresponding parts of speech, such as nouns, verbs, and adjectives, to understand grammatical structures.
- Named Entity Recognition. Named Entity Recognition identifies and classifies key entities in text, such as names of people, organizations, and locations, enhancing comprehension of the content.
- Sentiment Analysis. Sentiment Analysis assesses the emotional tone of a text, determining whether the expressed sentiments are positive, negative, or neutral.
