L’ide´e d’une meilleure articulation entre les diffe´rents niveaux de gouvernements et d’un renforcement de leur mise en re´seau, aussi bien au niveau vertical (entre les diffe´rents niveaux de compe´tences: communautaires, nationaux et infranationaux) qu’horizontal (transnational), est partage´e par la quasi-totalite´ des acteurs locaux et re´gionaux ayant re´pondu au questionnaire.
The idea of improving the interconnection between the various levels of governments and strengthening their operation through networking both vertically (between the various levels of competence - Community, national and sub-national) and horizontally (transnationally) is shared by almost all local and regional players who responded to the questionnaire.
