Une partie contractante peut, au moment de la ratification, de l’acceptation ou de l’approbation de la pre´sente convention, de´clarer qu’elle n’est pas lie´e par l’article 54 dans l’un ou plusieurs des cas suivants.
A contracting party may, when ratifying, accepting or approving this convention, declare that it is not bound by Article 54 in one or more of the following cases.
