Description: Polyester Sewing Spun Yarn, Polyester Yarn, Plastic Yarn.

This is the first such unit in the Sate that will produce high quality Tussar Silk yarn.

Materials: ordinary strength yarn, high strength yarn, hollow yarn/light yarn, anti-UV yarn, fire retardant yarn, etc.

Description: Cotton Yarn Fabric, Peaches and Cream Yarn, Merino Wool Yarn.

Assistance under the Scheme is only available for projects for the production of coir fibre/yarn/products etc. coming under coir sector.

Cotton piece-goods, cotton twist and yarn, metals and kerosene oil were the main items of import while animal hides and skins, raw cotton, coffee and piece-goods were the chief exports.
