There are experiences that show that thanks to the incorporation of Successful Educational Actions (SEAs) in schools with high absenteeism they have managed to reduce truancy and thus contribute to the improvement of academic success.

So, delinquent behavior is truancy inschool, and disrespectful attitude towards peers and teachers, and communication with antisocial groups of the same adolescents who deviate from the norms of public morality.

The learned trial Court is also not expected to be a silent spectator or a mute observer and it has got solemn duty to see that neither the prosecution nor the accused play truancy with the criminal trial or corrode the sanctity of the proceeding and thereby expropriate or hijack the community interest by conducting themselves in such a manner as a consequence of which the trial becomes a farcical one.
