सौते (en. Saute)

now add 1 chilli, 1 inch ginger and saute for a minute.

If you are using fresh sardines, splash a little olive oil into a pan and saute the sardines until cooked.

also add 1-inch ginger, 2 clove garlic, 1 chilli, 2 tbsp coriander and saute well.

saute until the oil is released from the masala paste.

firstly, in a large kadai heat 4 tsp oil and saute 2 clove garlic,1 inch ginger and 1 green chilli on high flame.

now in a small kadai, heat 1 tbsp ghee and saute 2 clove garlic, 1 dried red chilli.

To this then add onion, ginger, garlic, green chili and saute.
