It is further contended that the State has not filed an appeal against the impugned judgment and order, because it did not find any valid cause or ground to impugn the said judgment and order.

Further, we may note that, as a retired Chief Engineer, Somashekar Reddy had the special technical expertise to impugn the Project on the grounds that he did and so, he cannot be dismissed as a busybody.

If there were such a material law, it would oppose the supremacy of Spirit, God, and impugn the wisdom of the creator.
