Imprudence (अविवेक)

But as the graph on revenue balance shows, Delhi continues to have a revenue surplus right through - and makes it charges of fiscal imprudence rather hard to stick, especially when most of the states in the country stay in the negative territory.

Additionally, such imprudence on the part of the appellant/accused cannot be a ground to throw out the case of the prosecution.
