The Respondent No.3 by the common judgment and order (Annexure1 of the SCA) allowed the two impleadment Applications of the Respondent No.1 GSPC and thereby impleaded the Appellant as Respondent No.2 in the two arbitration proceedings (South Diyur Block, North Hap'y Block) with a direction to file the written statement on or before 15.03.2017 etc.

At this stage, the Respondent No.3 issued notices on the impleadment Applications (South Diyur Block, North Hap'y Block) to the Appellant and made it returnable on 17.10.2015.
