निंदकवाद (en. Cynicism)

Unless we boldly confront cynicism and indifference, we cannot make fundamental and effective responses.

By Registrar and Others (2014) 8 SCC 369 wherein Supreme Court has clearly observed that merely on account of lapse of time those persons who are selected by unfair and unreasonable means cannot be allowed to continue because that would amount to perpetuating a wrong when deserving candidates are left out with a brooding sense of injustice and cynicism against the efficacy of the system which is meant to act fairly and objectively.

Yet, when we speak of SAARC, we usually hear two reactions - cynicism and scepticism.
